A platform created off the back of her graduating from University, working in the NHS and quickly realising that her personal anxieties were holding her back. Something needed to be done, so she dedicates her life to having open and honest conversations around Anxiety, mindset and overall well-being whilst ensuring companies within a number of industries prioritise mental well-being and connect with well-being experts.
