Ollie is a running, strength and conditioning coach with a holistic approach to health, wellbeing, and fitness. He uses his experience in fitness, nutrition, breath work and stress management to help his clients create positive healthy change in their lives.
Ollie works with individuals as well as businesses to create long term change, delivering 1-2-1 training, group sessions and workshops.
Ollie is also the running coach for Campaign Against Living Miserably, a male suicide prevention charity. He is passionate about the positive effect running can have on people physically and mentally.
