Emi Howe specialises in talking frankly about bodies in unusual places like boardrooms and lecture theatres. Her work focusses on expanding minds beyond the simple view of health as being just about food and exercise; it's about so much more - how we think and feel about ourselves and our bodies, plays a major role. Emi was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in 2012 and had four subsequent body-changing surgeries. Emi has campaigned against the use of ideal body imagery within advertising and draws on her experience and extensive research to help people achieve healthy real-body values and expectations.
