Trained in Shiatsu, Indian Head massage and seated acupressure, Cathy has been providing massage in the workplace and at events and festivals for over 15 years. She has been adding to her skills lately by studying Facial Reflex Therapy Sorensensistem, to be a mindfulness and meditation teacher, and a Forest Bathing+ guide (leading groups in mindfulness-based nature therapy). She practises chi kung daily and aims to combine it along with her other work.
