With over a decade of experience across financial services, the Civil Service and academia, Bethan brings a diverse range of skills to Work Inspired and leads all our audit work so that every programme we deliver really meets the needs of your team.
Drawing on her background as a sociologist and management scholar, and her passion for wellbeing and mental health, the insight Bethan produces isn't just staff satisfaction. Using qualitative survey techniques Bethan delves deeper to get to the heart of your people's wellbeing, what they feel they need and the impact of wellbeing initiatives.
Bethan completed a BSc in Social Policy at the University of Bristol, followed by the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course before spending 8 years in industry, primarily in operations and relationship management. Pivoting to management academia in 2015, Bethan pursued an MSc in Sports Management part-time while working and is now a PhD researcher in Management at Birkbeck, University of London.
